My son went in the bank to make a payment for me on my Chase Visa account. He had my  statement and cash to pay, however, the teller said he's not allowed to make a payment on another person's account. He said she was rude, and that was the rules you can't make payments on another persons account. I'd just come from the doctor not feeling well, but I had no choice but to go in the bank to make the payment myself. The customer service Rept was extremely rude to me when I told her my son was authorized to make my payment. He had the statement, account number  and cash for the payment. Plus my son has the same last name as me. She did not seem at all sorry, I was sick coughing, that did seem to bother her. No courtesy what so ever. I will never go in this bank again because of the rudeness and lack of customer care. I'll do my business elsewhere.

I went in to add my wife as a joint account holder on my checking account.  I get it, it's a saturday and it's busy, but after waiting in an 8 customer line, they told me they couldn't help us because they were too busy and understaffed, they offered to make an appointment, but only on a weekday, which doesn't work for us.  They wasted 25 minutes of our time, and really weren't very helpful for a fairly simple service request.

DO NOT LISTEN WHEN THEY SAY TO USE THEIR "NEW" ATM'S refrain from ATMs in general. 
Major malfunction and "technical issues" can happen and the machine will take your money while chase sits there and makes a claim.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. I walked in & asked to be helped. The woman, Carrie Payan said that she could not help & directed me to another teller. The other teller, (I didn't catch his name, but he was young black & gay) gave me a dirty look & walked away from me while I was talking! Horrible service! I will NEVER go back to them again
