The staff is, with a couple notable exceptions, extremely rude and unhelpful. No matter what you want, they will be sure to give you the runaround, condescend you, and try to sell you a credit card. My most recent example of their extreme unpleasantness- I asked to speak to a banker to ask a question about wire transfers. It was a straightforward question, but the banker asked to see my bank card. I wasn't sure why, but figured something might be up. I figured it out when she then spent ten minutes trying to sell me their high interest credit card, after very vaguely answering my question, despite me repeatedly telling her I wasn't interested. She was holding my bank card at the time, so I didn't even have the option to leave before she finished her pitch. There are a few clerks who are pleasant and helpful, and one or two of the bankers, but in general I would avoid this location if at all possible. It is consistently one of the worst places I go to as far as customer service.

I have a business checking account with this Wells Fargo branch. The staff has always been beyond courteous to me. In fact, when I started my business I had two business accounts - one with Wells Fargo, and another with a different bank. I was testing the waters, so to speak. The other bank made errors and had hours inconvenient to me as a business owner. I closed that account and kept only my Wells Fargo account because of their superior service and convenience.

Staff lost my paycheck and made no effort to correct the error. I was repeatedly promised that they would correct the error and my account would be credited with the missing funds. After several phone calls and faxing over proof of deposit, I went in to the bank because the funds still were not available. The check had cleared my employers account on the day I deposited it a week earlier. I arrived with the deposit ticket and a copy of the check from my employers bank and they still gave me the runaround. They wouldn't give me the money and refused to even let me close the account. No one even apologized for the error until I had been waiting for 30 min. and given countless reasons why I couldn't have the money.
