My business sends multiple wires a week through Wells Fargo.  Since moving to this branch, we have had only ONE wire go out properly.  Either they expire, sent to the wrong account, or are never initiated.  When I call to check on wires, I always get a manager telling me that there is nothing I can do, yet when I ask them to please check that it has been verified twice, it never is.  Speaking of managers, the branch manager (forgot her name, never met her) has not ONCE come out to meet with me when I have asked.  She is always "too busy" and says that "someone else is supposed to help with that."  We switched from the North West branch on McCarran and they were always perfect to us.  No one here is helpful, and I'm pretty convinced no one here knows what they are doing.
