There is no, ABSOLUTELY  no reason a custimer should have to wait for over 30 mins to be served! It's not just once...but EVER time I come here! Beyond frustrating! Doesn't matter if I'm in the drive thru or I'm inside.

Although this Northtown branch in Sparks sometimes seems to take a little longer than other branches I frequent to complete a deposit/transaction, everyone is very friendly and I rarely have to wait in line (surprising, considering it's right next door to Winco). They always show interest in the individual, attempt to engage you in conversation, and connect on a personable level.
