I opened a checking account online recently and I had previously made 2 successful deposits into the account with no trouble.  I go into the branch to deposit my paycheck and the transaction goes smoothly.  The next day I get an email from Wells Fargo stating that they have to place a hold on the check I deposited for 8 DAYS in order to verify it and till then I can only access 1/3 of the funds.  WTF!?  I emailed/called customer service multiple times and got different explanations and excuses each time and was ultimately told nothing could be done since this "hold" was in place.  Complete BS.  This whole debacle was after a series of crappy customer service experiences in setting up the account.  As soon as the hold on this deposit comes off, I will be closing this account and yes, I have already prepared myself for more epic customer service nightmares to come my way!  In all honesty, I would rather walk on a bed of hot coals to Timbuktu while nails are driven through my eyeballs than deal with this institution again.  Shadyness abounds with this place!

This location takes forever for any commercial deposit, they are either understaff or need better training. No efficiency at all. I been on the commercial lane for 30 minutes only one car in front of me.... really???

This branch use to run efficiently.  The ATM will get you out faster than having to wait on the tellers.  ATM wasn't accepting deposits, there was only one other car in the drive-thru lane so figured it would be quick.  It took the teller way longer than anticipated- took so long I had to tell her to forget about the cash back I was needing and just to do the deposit.  And that still took a couple of minutes more to complete.

I have been using Wells Fargo for years and absolutely love the staff at this location. They are very helpful and friendly. After moving I had not been there in a while and yet they still remember me when I come through the drive through. They provide top notch service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good bank.
