This place is terrible. They can't even get a debt card to you. They have screwed it up twice. They should close this branch or get an entire new staff.. untrained and void of helpfulness

Chase bought my mortgage. I tried to create an account online and the cell number they wanted to send a verification from was from 4 years ago. So, I called them and the verification information they had was also wrong so I was told I had to go to a branch to verify my identity. I walk into this bank and there is literally NO ONE at the tellers area, NO sign in sheet, NO greeter, NO information about what to do so I had to ask the other two people "do we just wait?". There is ONE person working here at 10 am! Because of this piss poor customer service I WILL be looking to transfer my mortgage to someone else.

I have been with Chase for over 4 years and like it overall, however every time I go to this branch to speak with a banker there are none available. You have to make an appointment or sit and wait for an hour. Looks like there is one banker working here. If you need something, go to another branch. This is only good to use the drive thru ATM
