 I know they don't read the Safety deposit box agreement. I even had to request it during my opening. I asked for my father to be a agent for my safety deposit box and he looked at me like I was dumb. Please read your agreements it states it in the agreement. 

I had a woman argue with me, that I can not let my father go in with me for my safety deposit box. READ YOUR AGREEMENT.

So she had to get Management approval. OR YOU CAN READ THE AGREEMENT LIKE I TOLD YOU.

I use to work at a bank, so having bankers that do not read their own aggrements is annoying. 

I dislike the branch overall, but it's the closest Wells Fargo to my house. The struggle is real.

I luckily have my main checking account through Chase, so I don't have to worry about these horrible teller lines.

I've been with this bank in the past and hoped things would be different but I was wrong. Mrs. Thai refused to help me in conducted a 25 minutes​ interrogation to make sure I was who I said I was after I provided two proofs of verification. I was told I would have to go get bills and additional proof or to go to a different bank!

It's as if they only recruit you, then forget you exist. It seems most of wait staff or office employees, including management, are drama / small minded gossip girls. Most of the tellers are friendly little bobble heads. Young guns. The only thing I mentioned other than that is theperson who helped me setup an account doesn't answer phone calls, return a message, or email..
