Bank of America on Jimmy Carter is pretty good, compared to another one I have been to. Everyone is courteous and pretty fast at taking care of the customers. I have been there to open an account, get documents notarized and do other banking things, and have always been satisfied. It is busy all the time yet you are done in not too long

To slow 30 to 45 min wait everyday. Needs management bad!!! Not enough tellers.

Lines out the door 6 days a week and no drive through. I go for bussiness 5 days a week. 40 minutes at the most.

Worst customer service ever i had in bank of America. They were mostly spanish people at staff and they were preferably helping other spanish people. Bank of America should take a stand against them. They don't know how to talk to a customer. There is only one rude lady that notrize papper . Worst experience ever

I was very surprised to see the other negative reviews.  I have no problems with this bank.  They have been very helpful, patient, and polite with me.  I give it 4 stars because turning into the parking lot is fairly confusing and hard to do.  Also, the building is a bit old.  Other than that, it's great!
