Been banking there since 2000.  They employees try extremely hard to be nice.  They are very polite and try very hard to be helpful.  Now, they are a huge corporation, so things will get lost in the wash.  However, they offer services that other banks can't come close to, and have branches all over the USA. How nice to see a WF branch in Oregon last week!  
The only problem I would address with the management:  when there is a line of customers, DO SOMETHING!!  About 10% of the time, I've stood for 10 minutes while managers walked around and ignored the situation.  NO!  Get more people behind the counter and help customers. Can't a manager be a teller??  If that is against company policy, then hire managers that can be trusted with money and change the policy!

We needed to move an old IRA out of Wells Fargo and required some paperwork printed. Service from Melissa was amazing! So good to walk into a branch and be treated so well!

As Power of Attorney, I was charged $1.00 each for bank written checks untilothers can be ordered since I accidentally forgot to order.  I also just tried to call the Starkey Branch, Tanglewood and spent 5 minutes with the menu and never did get through.  One day, I was given the wrong
receipt at the window.  It was meant to go through the other tube.

This Wells Fargo location is right at Tanglewood, which makes it convienant but their staff may need better training.
 first time I went here wasn't so bad, I was just deposting a check, but the second time I stopped by here to talk about my account, I was introduced to a girl named Brandy.She looked like, and was obviously pregnant. 
Still even pregnant, that gives her no excuse to call me "dude" and look at me like I was a moron. She gave me no respect whatsoever. Its not like I was demanding the respect, but I was wearing a business suit, and I am 35 years old. I definitely look my age and I felt like she was thinking "this guy is stupid". For no reason at all! She just had this weird look in her eyes!
She gave me a very uncomfortable feeling!
This employee Brandy smiled when I was leaving, but did not even offer to shake my hand and say nice to meet me. Thats just common business practice.
 I left feeling uncomfortable and sort of unwelcome.I guess its just because the girl was pregnant. I hope so at least! If she was having a bad day, she needs to learn how to control that and not let her mood get into her workplace.
