McKay owsley was awesome, friendly and knew what he was doing. The manager however... I had a direct deposit that should have gone through easily. After wells Fargo lost my money I called. McKay found it and said I had to wait till end of business day to access funds. No buggy. That was friday. Monday when they were not there, I called and spoke to the manager, she couldn't find them even with a confirmation number. She went on to tell me she was busy running a bank and will get back to me when it was convienant for her. I guess I don't make enough money to be important to her. Closing my account. And will not use wells fargo.

I wanted a line of credit. US Bank failed to deliver, so I moved my business to Wells. Ask for Cody. Love the personal banker touch.

Not sure what Kate was saying about the manager or any of the staff in this case. I've had nothing but great experiences with the Sequim Wells Fargo. It sounds like her review that the manager was just connecting that people, yes us humans make mistakes and that no matter where you go to bank there's humans who can make mistakes. I have had some things that have come up and I needed help. A banker and the manager helped me out and did it very professionally. They even helped with something that wasn't their mistake; it was another banks mistake. This really is a branch of people who truly care for our community. How I know is that about half of the staff does community service regularly. These are really great folks with big hearts. THANK YOU MY SEQUIM WELLS FARGO!

I was a customer for the last three years and had mediocre experiences throughout. My debit card was expiring the end of May and I called customer service in April to verify a new card would be mailed. I never received it. I called customer service on a Saturday evening (5/28) and spoke to a rep who had a very thick accent and was hard to understand. She told me she could submit my card as lost and mail me a new one in 7-10 business days. Since my card was expiring on 5/31 and it was a holiday weekend, I told her I would go to a branch on Tuesday and get a new card since I couldn't wait that long for a new card. She never asked for my permission with canceling my card, nor did she tell me she canceled it. I found out the next morning when I tried to use my card for gas and it was denied- I tried my card in the ATM and it was denied. I called customer service and they told me my card was canceled and there was nothing they could do, except transfer me to the credit card department and increase my limit. My funds were frozen and I was unable to access my money or get help due to the holiday. I went into a branch on Tuesday and talked to a branch manager. She argued with me that I was dealing with a human and people make mistakes. She said the girl probably wasn't properly trained and I need to understand that whatever bank I use, I'll come across the same problems. I told her the issue was I never received my card in the first place and she blamed the post office, even though I receive my statements in the mail and have never had an issue. So unprofessional and so not MY problem that someone illegally and without my permission canceled my card and didn't tell me. To not have access to my money was ridiculous. For her to put blame on me or act like I was blowing this out of proportion was so unprofessional considering it was their mistake. So inconvenient and I'm so grateful to be done with this bank!

We have dealt with this bank exclusively since we moved to Sequim. Every transaction has been handled professionally and reliably by some of the most friendly people on the planet.
