It was mid month and I was going to take my name off a joint account with my wife but did not want it executed until the end of the month because I needed access to the money until I opened a new account. They said no problem. Well 2 days letter I trying to put gas in my truck with my debit card and it did not work. Hmm they took me off the account and I had to have my wife come down and give me her card. They lied to me!!! They said nothing would be done to the end of the month and my wife had to sign first and she never signed. They do not know what they are doing in that branch vey undertrained and no consideration on calling their customers to verify what they are doing. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

This bank talks about being informal, friendly and fun. And that is what it remains, talk. A couple days ago somebody ran my card wrong and my account became over drafted, and instead of being helpful and correcting the mistake, "Cindy" claimed their was nothing she could do and I was going to have to pay for the mistake. When I had an account at Wamu, I accidentally over drafted once. I went in to the bank, spoke with them and they removed the fee. After how I was treated today I plan on closing my account and finding a new bank. Thank you Chase for continuing to lie through your teeth about your so called "Customer service."
