The staff was friendly; however, after concluding my transaction I asked if there was a restroom I could use. They told me that customers may not use their restroom. So apparently, it's cool for me to transfer $50,000 into their bank, but if I need to use the ladies room I'm literally directed to the Starbucks down the street! Not the way to treat clients who are doing doing business with you. At all.

I've been with this particular Wells Fargo back when it was still Wachovia when i first turned 18, that was roughly about 10 years ago and i've always received the best customer service from the employees. :)

Attempted to obtain cash from my account...no we can not help you. A bank that no longer has $100 bills. The manager come up and does nothing. WOW
