I have been banking with WF for many years. I decided to stop in at this location today which is out of the norm. I tried to deposit a check that was post dated by a day. The young lady advised me she could not do it and I then told her I was the President of the company and I write the checks. I expressed the importance of depositing the check that day to pay bills which needed to be paid. The branch manager got involved and she did not offer any solutions to my dilemma. She said I needed to prove I was the owner and after offering several options she still would not let me cross out the date of the company check, which I write and am the President of the company. Sure there is protocol and understand to an extent but her tone was very sassy and it was almost like she was getting a kick out of not being able to help me! I told her another branch has done it for me before and she then looked up the history almost like she was playing a game to prove me wrong. How dare her insult my integrity! Very unprofessional to say the least! What ever happened to offering solutions? Whatever happened to customer relations? Very disappointed and will never return to this branch!

went to deposit a check at the drive thru yesterday. they deposited into the wrong account. had a nice gentleman call my office this morning and tell me he had already contacted the branch. no call from the branch and still hasn't been resolved. this place is a joke.

Yesterday I went to open an account and was told more information was needed. I said "ok." It was for a payee account. I received the paperwork from Social Security and they said this could be used. I know what they said was true, because in North Carolina I was able to open a payee account. When I went back to the bank the bank rep was on the phone conducting personal business. You could hear him talking loudly. I thought this was very unprofessional. He then came out and told me the account could not be opened after reviewing the information and to wait and see if Rob would open it. He was like "we have had people come in with payee information and one was found out to have had committed fraud." I told him previously I was a payee for my daughter and had proof. I also was a Wells Fargo customer and at no time did he ask me if I was. I could tell he did not want to be bothered and I asked for my paperwork back. I will be setting up an account with another bank and moving two accounts I have with Wells Fargo to the same bank of my choosing. If you need a bank speak with family, friends, co-workers or your job to see what is offered. Do your own research as well. Another thing I noticed he enjoyed complaining with my daughter about the 3 hour wait time at Social Security. Maybe he should be waiting to get employment elsewhere as his customer service skills are very poor. The same applies to the phone representatives. Rob on the first visit handed me his card and was more than willing to assist and that is why I returned.

Very good "friendly" customer service. Always greet you when you first walk in the door. Tellers are very efficient....Nothing but good things to say about their branch, service & staff.

Unbelievable. My first check with a new company, put on a 10 day hold for suspected fraud because "it wasn't normal for my account". No help from Customer Service, referred me to the branch to get rid of me. the customer Service Manager at the branch was able to release $200 on "good faith" so I could get necessary prescriptions and was told that if I bring a document showing where it posted from my company she could release more. Well I did and she misspoke...or better yet...lied. But my favorite part is the fact she thought it was funny I have family with no money, no gas, barely any food and over $2K held up by a billion dollar corporation and that's funny when I'm evicted the first month I move in. Welcome to VA and thanks Wells Fargo!. I'm sure her paycheck clears without a problem. Stay away from this incompetent bank and it's careless employees.
