Went in around lunch time to open a new account. I waited maybe 20-25 minutes for a specialist to help me. It was pretty busy, so I was actually surprised I only waited that long without an appointment. The staff was friendly and one of the tellers greeted me as I came in. My account was wrapped up in about 30 minutes, so my whole visit was around an hour. The manager gave me her card and was very helpful.

Thanks to Jon and Chris being so knowledgeable regarding a specific service I needed, I was in and out very quickly. Looking forward to doing business in the future.

This location' s Service Manager Tony was very unprofessional. Working in customer service, your customer's should always be treated with the upmost respect and dignity. ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH SOMEONE's MONEY!! I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service I received. At this point, I am considering closing my account after being a loyal customer of 13 years.
