I had the absolute BEST!customer service from Carlos, branch manager and Rosie personal banker. They went above and beyond  to help me resolve an issue I was having with time warner cable putting a payment through my account 3 times  unauthorised as a result,  it over drew my accout by hundreds! They called time warner for me and got to the root of the problem I was having. They really showed care and genuine  concern  for my delima and went the extra mile to resolve it. Customer for life! BEST BRANCH EVER!

This is the worst one ive been to ive been here a couple times and been told that i deposit to much money and that i should separate my deposits. Or place them into seperate accounts.. and then today a personal banker told me that my i.d. couldn't be accepted which i didn't mind really cause i had other i.d. to give but he took it anyways and then was telling the girl that was helping me that she needs to push new accounts on every single person that comes in so that people believe that its a normal. This place lost me as a customer for sure. If i continue to get this ill more then likely just take my money elsewhere.

Careful when withdrawing money they gave me a counterfeit, didn't find out until I tried to buy some food.
