About Citizens Business Bank Arena:
Built and owned by the City of Ontario, the Arena opened on October 18, 2008. Citizens Business Bank Arena is a state-of-the-art facility that hosts Ontario Reign AHL ice hockey and a variety of other sporting competitions, concerts, family shows, special events, and community activities as well as private events. The venue is the biggest and most modern arena within the Inland Empire.
Citizens Business Bank Arena is conveniently located just north of Interstate 10 between Haven and Miliken Avenue. Citizens Business Bank Arena includes 9,500 fixed seats with additional "portable" seating risers to accommodate capacities of 11,089 for concerts, 9,736 for ice hockey and 10,832 for basketball. The 225,000 square foot venue will also feature 36 luxury suites located on two levels and a continuous concourse hosting a variety of refreshment stands, merchandise kiosks, and the San Manuel VIP club and other fan amenities.

I have been here for a lot of events and I like the smaller feel of this venue. I think they do a pretty good job of keeping lines as organized as possible and security as efficient as they can. Parking is too pricey ($15) and they've eliminated the option to park in the adjoining streets. I suppose if you want to hoof it, you can park at Ontario Mills (maybe a mile away). The food is priced at what you'd expect to pay for similar venues and they won't let you bring in any outside food or beverages except unopened water bottles. Restrooms are abundant and decently clean. They sell ear plugs at Guest Services for $1/pair in case you forget yours. The arena is a few miles from Ontario airport and right down the street from Ontario Mills mall (a huge outlet mall and destination in itself). There are plenty of good restaurants close by. A lot of big acts perform here and it's really nice to have this arena in the I.E.!

Is a very nice arena. We have had season tickets for hockey for five years. It's very easy to get in and out even with a sellout crowd. The staff is very friendly. It's a mystery why there aren't more big name concerts there. The concessions are pretty much big league pricing, but I guess you can't have everything. Overall I think it's a nice place to attend an event.

Went for the Miranda Lambert concert. Venue was nice and staff was very helpful. Wasn't crazy about our seats, but sound was good and everything seemed professional. My only complaint with this venue was the concession prices/selections. I'm a craft beer fan and had to pay $14 for a can of even Modelo. I expect to pay more at events for alcohol, but that's pretty ridiculous. They had about 3 other choices with Hangar 24's Betty IPA being the best craft choice available. Very pricey to say the least. Besides that we enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing venue. Easy access, great parking, friendly staff. My only complaint is the internal seating directions, we were in floor 6, the directions lead us around the to the farthest point away, then down stairs to the floor, then all of the way back across the floor, when we could've gone from the entrance, immediately down the stairs to our seats. My wife is in a cast, parked in disabled parking, but had hobble around the whole arena to get to the seats that we right where we entered. Offering an elevator would've been nice.

We went to a concert here last night and the place is not too big but amazing and beautiful, and i loved that about it.. Food vendors inside, huge parking which is great! Bathrooms pretty big, so your not waiting forever.. and also very clean♥♡¤ love this place.. more than 2 hours drive but it was worthwhile. . Handicap access and stairs..
