What a horrible bank. Charge for cashing checks.....no matter what the amount of the check...boa and chase never charged me for that Unreal how rude the staff is, no customer service. Simply drones set there to follow the rules and not understand people.

Please do your due diligence before doing business with this bank.  They are incompetent and are not even willing to admit that people can go online and create fraudulent accounts.  This place is a joke, with all the banking options out there this not a place you want save or borrow money from.
