The business banker at this location is awesome. He’s very friendly, remembers my name and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience.

A fine bank. Polite and professional staff in Highland. Our mortgage is through this bank, and they give us the hard sell on accounts every time we make a payment. Boo.

The people who work at this bank are very nice, but they can't do anything more than enforce the bank's rules.  I closed an account in March, and then discovered a fee charged in error.  Because the account is closed, the bank will not refund my money.  It's not a lot of money, but what if it had been?  After this week, I will no longer bank at Wells Fargo.
