Adam Crapo is by far the best banker I've ever had to work with. I went to Provo location to set up my business bank account and apparently it was set up incorrectly because I had some issues with it today. I decided it would be best to go to a different location as I didn't feel like I was receiving proper communication and instructions at the Provo location. Adam went the extra mile to get everything sorted for me, he's friendly and a very informal guy that changed the way I think about chase bank. Fingers crossed I don't run into any other problems but from my experience today knowing I have Adam to fix any errors I feel extremely relieved. Highly recommend working with Adam!!

We waited for an hour while two personal bankers took their dear time with a guy who claims he lost $100. We were going to open four business accounts with Chase. By the time Adam finally came to help us they were closing soon and he just tried to get rid of us. We went straight to America First Credit Union and they won our business and were so much more pleasant to work with.

Do not bank here. Customer service is a joke. They closed one of our accounts and sent us a check for the balance we had in there. It wasn't like there were pennies we had a good amount. When I expressed my disapproval they couldn't care less.

Every time I come to this location I have to wait over 30 minutes for a teller to acknowledge me, and it’s usually to tell me I’ll have to wait longer. It seems like there’s only 2 tellers regardless of how busy they get. Understaffed and unprofessional.

The staff is really friendly and nice. Their customer service is super fast and good too. I like how they have their drive through service AND "drive up" ATM... AND they leave one door open if you want to go into their one walk up ATM.
