I have been to the after hours care with my son and the imaging twice with my daughter. All of my visits have been great. The imaging center blew me away! They really understand how scary x-rays and ultrasounds can be for little kids and they do everything possible to make it fun. All the staff is wonderful. At the after hours care, when they called back someone who came in after me and another person, the front desk woman stopped them and said hold on, these two were here first. It really helps with wait time when everyone is seen in order. It was a Sunday and I believe we waited about 25-30 min. to go back. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

If I could have given zero stars I would. I called the after hours phone number prior to driving 40 minutes to this pediatric center. When I arrive, the man that is sitting at the front desk fumbling through papers just looks up at me and stares at me. I then realize that there is a sign that says that there are not taking any more patients for the day. It is 9:15. The recording and the website stated that they do not close until 10:pm. When I ask why, he says it is due to the volume of children coming in with the flu. Well it sure would have been nice if the recording or the website indicated that they weren't taking any more patients today. Then when I ask if they will be open in the morning, the same guy has no clue as to what time they will be open. So you turn patients away before your closing time and then you do not provide them with any other alternative. Amazing!

My son had a appointment for a new patient this past Friday. We had called the office and let them know they we will be a few minutes late because there was a car accident on cobb parkway. When we arrived only 3 minutes passed our time (we actually went to the wrong entrance first) they told us that we couldn't be seen because we are late. I would not recommend this center. To me having a sick child and the office and doctor show no compassion for the kids to see him for two minutes its ridiculous.

Front desk is terrible. They canceled my appointment since the office closed for the day then when I tried to reschedule the soonest they can get us in was 2 months down the road. Absolutely ridiculous, never experienced this from a pediatrics office; no excuses. You’re front desk receptionist is extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their child seen in a timely manner.

Two experiences with this wonderful place already and they astound me. Probably the most professional, the most kindest and thoughtful medical office I've ever taken my kids to. Such a great place!
