A bit of a disappointment for a Wendy's.  The food is a little lacking for a Wendy's.  The staff is very friendly though.  It has a very accessible location.  The though it is on one road (Highland) you can easily access across shared parking lots to get to 6200 South as well.  Decent place for a quick bite.

Super slow, looks like a bunch of drug addicts working here such a nice neighborhood. Seems they could find some nice kids, like the rest the places around here.  Food under cooked!

We had to wait a few minutes for someone to come up front. Then the register wouldn't work so we had to wait for them to switch. It took about 8 minutes before we could order. Our order was wrong, our cashier in broken English didn't want to exchange our food without a receipt, but she didn't give us one because the register was out of paper. Reluctantly my wife was able to get a little customer service while the shift manager had more important things to do than accommodate paying customers.

I had to wait 3 min for the girl to take my order because she was preparing other orders for people in the restaurant. This would be fine, except there were 3 ladies sitting on their phone in the back. Shortly after I started eating I discovered a hair in my food. 
On a positive note Krystal did make a great effort going around talking to customers and asking if everyone was okay. She was also the only one working while the Mexican ladies sat on their phone.

Waited for several minutes for our group to even be noticed and our order to be taken despite nobody else in the store and several employees around the corner in the kitchen. The entire stay they were screaming at eachother and using profanities liberally; Fortunately there were no children in my group! The food was normal quality and I had no complaints there. Overall I felt the staff was very unprofessional and that they could learn to act a little more mature.
