My husband and I went when it was close to closing (didn't realize that at the time) and the staff went above and beyond to provide us with a great experience and I appreciate their willingness to serve.

Okay fast food, typically slow, but they have added cookies now. Nice clean lobby with lots of seating. Bathrooms are clean and convenient.

I was in the area at 9:12 pm and called to see what time there lobby was closed I'm guessing the lady I was talking was a manager she stated that the lobby is open until 10:00 pm so I parked my bus across the street because it's 10'. I got to the doors and they were both locked, I called back thinking maybe I was at a different location then the one I called. But I was at the same location I walked to. The same lady picked up the phone and I told her I came there and the doors were locked she said "oh the other manager has the doors locked" the best part is she hung up on me. I can hear other employees cussing in the background while on the phone.

I went on my lunch and asked for a chilli with liquid and shredded cheese a small fry and a ceasar side salad.  The girl taking my order asked me a chilli cheese what? I said bowl.? Anyway i paid for my food left got all the way  to work to find out what I thought was my chilli was 2 separate containers of cheese one shredded and one liquid but no chilli. I drove back and told the now male on the speaker that I got the cheese of my chilli cheese but not the chilli. He repeated what I said and I told him that was correct. When I pulled forward he shoved a back out the window and said here. I told himy fries are now cold can you replace them he sighed and disappeared.  He came back handed me the bag and when I tried to explain he closed the window. Never once did anyone apologize and they allade it seem like I was an inconvenience because I came back. Terrible customer service!!!!

As it goes, it is friendly and gets my order right. Sometimes this is the place to go, big fries and juicy fast food burger.during lunchtime it always seems to be busy, but there's usually room to find a table.
