When I got my food I was very satisfied. The order didn't take anymore than a minute. But my cashier was mean. I ordered a chicken sandwich but he said I had to order 2. I asked him why and he said we want money. He was greedy and mad for no reason. But overall I enjoyed the food and experience. I think the cashier's name was Billy.

Ordered a small platter for a party. My confirmation email showed the correct date and time, but somehow they had the wrong date and time. No worries. The young lady that helped me was very helpful. The manager brought me the order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be done without even an apology. The least the guy could of done was to at least acknowledge their mistake and the delay.

The food is good, it's very local to me and I absolutely love the ambient. The fast food lines are usually completely full on certain days, but when there is nobody inside the building it is very lovely and you can enjoy your food in peace. The food is amazing, and I honestly prefer the chicken noodle soup more than anything. I love how almost everything is served warm, like the soups, hamburgers and fries. Sadly, I love chickens and I hate seeing them go to waste like this. Hopefully one day they make a 'Cow-fil-a'.

James is great customer service. Goes well above and beyond. The app works best to avoid the lines...always busy. Always tasty too.

Not sure how anyone could give this less than FIVE stars. Every Chick-fil-A location has been nothing but a pleasure to go to. Staff is top tier and service is even better. This just happens to be the location I go to the most.
