I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese no pickles. My sandwich was handed to me in a bag which was a Whopper, no cheese and loaded with mail which I can't stand, didn't notice I had the wrong sandwich till I was back on the highway. So all-in-all, too many people on the front line and me wondering where my sandwich was. Not a good trip. I was so looking forward to that Whopper Junior!

Have had mostly good experiences at this Charles Town location. Once found a hair in my mushroom Swiss burger but it happens. Place needs remodeled and worked on badly. Some crew training in being polite and courteous wouldn't hurt either.

This place is terribly stuck in the mid-90s. The lighting in here is so unwelcoming, making you feel like you're stuck in a basement. The crowd isn't the greatest either. If you're stuck without a phone but have some pocket change, this BK has got ya covered. Edit 10/05/2017: The staff has read my recent review and has unanimously decided to undergo construction to revitalize this store.

Clean, efficient, food not slapped together like so many fast food places do. Clean rest room. Polite staff.
