1. I received no utensils or straw. 2. I received no receipt. 3. The mashed potatoes consisted of a super small ice-cream scoop of instant potatoes with no flavor. I ordered without gravy, so I guess it was more obvious to me since the container wasn't filled half-way up with gravy to tell the difference. 4. They didn't add the apple pie I ordered. 5. Upon pulling up to pay, the floor behind the registers was littered with napkins and other garbage. At least sweep it into a pile in a corner somewhere so customers don't have to see it until it can be properly picked up and disposed of. The order taker was very friendly. The chicken was nice and crispy. The coleslaw was also very good. I will purchase from here again unless the above issue are not resolved. I understand that you have only been open for a few days, so the above should be easily remedied. Thank you and welcome to Charles Town.

As a new fast food establishment in Charles Town, management successfully introduced a new restaurant to the area. Despite an overwhelmingly hectic opening day, a large staff knowing exactly what to do in serving customers best were here to serve. As for the dining area itself, plenty of seats are available. Several spaced allow for six-people parties to seat together. Additionally, two separate counter spaces seating four each are available that include built-in power outlets for use. Children's high chair seats are available as well. As a whole, this area is designed great and is quite clean. As I dined inside, I didn't experience the drive-thru but was able to monitor it. Walking inside, the line was easily up to fifteen vehicles in length, but the line did move along adequately with minimal wait. As people finished their meals, tables were quickly wiped down for further customers to find seating. I saw no one experience any trouble with seating.

Just arrived home with the order - both sides are missing and received chicken pieces instead of the tenders which were ordered. This has been our second visit since the opening of this store and both times have had food missing from the orders. The biscuits were not buttery flavored as they used to be at all Popeye's chains that we've visited over many years, but instead, tasted bland - even with real butter added! Tried calling the store a few minutes ago and no one answered.

Drive thru line was insanely long, so decided to go in. Regretted that real quick. First impression: The inside was so packed with people waiting for food, as well as people waiting to order. Overheard a few people say they waited for 45 minutes, and thought they were being dramatic. Nope. Waited that long for my food as well. It wasn’t until right before I got my food that the line became organized, so it was insanity to figure out what was going on, but that’s not necessarily the workers faults. Further thoughts: The employees were all working very hard. It was almost impressive. With things being as crazy as they were, they definitely struggled to be organized, handle everything in order, and ESPECIALLY with communication. I could tell they were trying to do everything they could, and applaud them for it, but I don’t think anyone was prepared for this storm. The food was amazing, and I will definitely be coming back, but maybe not until the hype dies down. I would rate 5 stars, because I enjoyed my visit very much, but there were things wrong that force me to rate lower. I ordered two 5-piece tender combos, but only got 3 tenders. I wasn’t going to drive back to fix it, and I’ll survive, so I’m not horribly bothered. The one thing that DID bother me, though, is the soda. I poured it myself, so I thought I was getting what I wanted: a Dr Pepper and a Coke. The Dr Pepper turned out to be Root Beer, and the Coke turned out to be Diet Coke. I have no idea how this happened, and there was no way that I read wrong. Very strange. TL;DR Wait till the hype is over. Check your soda. Be patient.

Prepare to wait for an incorrect order. We spent nearly 45 minutes in the wait-thru, I mean, drive-thru. We abandoned the wait to order inside....big mistake. It was more chaotic in the lobby than I've seen at any fast food chain in Charles Town. Customers walking in to complain about there order and customers complaining about waiting inside for 40 minutes. While all this is going on, I witnessed people from the drive-thru speed off in frustration .Of course that only added to the already confused employee's confusion. This is a new restaurant so I cut them a break with the one star. Hopefully they'll get better with time, but as for now, they seem ill prepared to handle the business demand in this small town. Usually these problems are addressed quickly with a change of management. Update: when we got home and started eating....the chicken was undercooked!!!
