Would give 0 stars but that's not an option. My order was incorrect, an entire item missing from the order. Call them, no help at all. We have trainees is the excuse. Trainees are supposed to be supervised. Why are you not double checking them to make sure they don't screw up. Lady on the phone was no help and RUDE! Need to own up to their mistakes but blame everyone else. Last time a restaurant screwed up the order they fixed it, didnt blame everyone else in the world.

This place used to be a very good Mexican restaurant. But its rapidly losing its touch. I found a piece of plastic in my food. When the manager came to the table she did nothing to make our terrible meal any better. She just said when the open the already cooked food from a plastic bag it must have fallen in...never will I pay for heat a plastic bag food ever again.

The food is very delicious, but i do not like the atmosphere here. We've had our share of waiters that seemed like they didn't want to be there more than a few times. I like the Blanco location better. They are way friendlier and the restaurant is just more welcoming.

I LOVE THE FOOD!! However 8 out of 10 times I go through the drive through my order is wrong! I get charged the right amount but I’m almost always missing food......and of course I only find out when I when I get to my destination....and when I go back they always make it seem like I’m the one who screwed up....this last time the woman at the counter told me it’s my responsibility to check the order....NEGATIVE!! That’s your job! I wish the food wasn’t so good so that I could just stop eating here.... stay away so you don’t get hooked like me and have to put up with horrible staff and screwed up orders

My family & I always enjoy every time we come here but tonight was a little off. There was only 2 servers & 1 cook. && a ton of people. Tink-A-Tako should hire more staff because it's unfair to the guests & especially the staff. I gave it 4 stars just because of that. The food was great & decently priced. Oh yeah, our server was great! He was rushing a little but he was still very nice & professional.
