This Wendy's is in a good location. Has parking and is on a bus line. I have never been inside but the drive through personal is very friendly and efficient. They have never messed up my order. The only concern is that when handing out frosties at the drive through they do not give you a spoon. Over all one of the better Wendy's in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Food is generally good, but service can be lacking at times. I go to this place often as it's close to where I live. I'd suggest not going late night once the dining room is closed. During the day, sometimes the younger cashiers are not very attentive. I worked many years in food service and having someone stand at a counter for longer than a minute or two without letting them know you'll be with them soon is not best practices. 

Now they do have automated machines to take your order. Normally not a thing I will use, but may in the future at this location.

Very disappointed in the staff and hope management makes an effort to re-train the staff or hire new people who want to work. 

2/5/18: late night visiting can be sketchy. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without being greeted. I left without purchasing. This has been a standing issue with many of the staff there. At the very least, acknowledge a customer waiting at the counter that you will be with them.

Newly redecorated. Lots of natural light. Very open layout. The food is typical Wendy's.

Yes a great experience food was fast and yes and it is a fast food place lol. Most of the time one has to wait and wait but not here before I had paid for our meals bam it was ready. I recommend this place and rate it a 10 not five

Um,  Dave's single with cheese for under 5 bucks. Is there more to say?  Oh yeah,  clean bathroom where you don't have to touch anything.  Plus,  the ladies taking your order have really cute smiles and seem genuinely happy.
