Clean restaurant, prompt service, the meat actually tastes like meat which is uncommon for fast food. The workers were polite and they gave me plenty of sauce. My only complaint is lack of many vegetarian options on the menu, but they do have salads.

Been here a ton, up until this year the service was good. Now this year service is so unbelievably slow. I went here last week ordered one 4 piece nugget and a frosty, waited 20 minutes for it, I used to work at Wendy’s in fishersville it does NOT take 20 minutes to cook a basket of nuggets, 5 minutes or less and then no spoon or anything for the frosty. Today I thought maybe if I came earlier I could get through drive thru fast, absolutely not. Got a #10 and a 4 piece kids meal. I was 3 in line waited over 30 minutes for the food and got no sauces as usual (never get my sauces). I was offered a frosty or cookie but I turned it down because I wasn’t waiting another 5-10 minutes for that to be done. Wendy’s In staunton have definitely gone way way way down hill. Please hire people that can work fast that’ll help. I won’t return to this one I’ll drive out of my way to another one. Only gave two stars because the food was decently fresh. Such a shame

My wait time was a little long but it wasn't bad the young man Tyler was a cashier and I'm telling you he was awesome he went above and beyond he  helped 2 older couples order their food their minds  Weren't as sharp anymore. He was so patient in very compassionate good job hiring him

well all in all great place but some of the new ppl still need a little supervision because I ended up with something that I didnt order I clearly said the avacodo chicken salad and ended up with an avocado spicey chicken sandwich

A very nice, clean, and friendly fast food place with a good menu selection.  Everyone was able to order something they liked.  Prices were reasonable.
