Some of the food that was on the buffet was cold and the desserts tasted freezer burnt. The egg rolls and the fried dumplings were the best thing I had on the buffet. Service wasn't the worst but could use a bit more professionalism. Overall I still wouldn't count this place out.

Quick place to get lunch...prices are good...staff works hard to please their customers...Love the Beef an broccoli...and egg rolls...over all a nice little place😀

Took 1 and 1/2 hours to deliver, and my side was not the one I ordered. It still tasted good at least.

Statler Square Great Wall Chinese Restaurant in Staunton. It was mediocre at best. Some of the food was really tasty but most of it was mediocre. The best thing I found on their buffet was the Coconut Chicken dish. The service was downright horrible. I spilled some drink on myself by accident and asked the waitress to hand me a napkin. She was standing right at the dispenser and didn't look particularly busy. She pointed at the dispenser and told me *The napkins are right here*. Instead of grabbing one and giving it to me. That actually ticked me off a little. Then she walked to the back, forcing me to get up and get it myself. I complained to the *manager* and they didn't even care. This so-called *manager* was sitting on her cell phone playing a game and wasn't even listening to half of what I was saying. This place is definitely a 1-2 star experience. I am honestly VERY surprised they have as many good reviews as they do.
