My family and I went through the drive thru and everything about this place was ridiculous. Took 20 mins to get our food, Once we did they forgot a whole quesadilla combo . Inside of 2 of the 3 bags we found hair fried inside of the cinnamon twist and also found hair inside a mini quesadilla of my daughter's. I will never return to this place.

Standard taco bell, horrible customer service and sloppy preparation, check your bag after to ensure accuracy. Edited 06/29 : 45 minutes in drive thru. Had to remake order twice... Fast food should not be an hour long thing.. And they were very irate

Worst taco bell I've ever been in. No mild sauce, stale chips, poor quality of meal from look to taste. Music could be a clue as to why. Problem is beyond those on the line

One of the best Taco bell I have ever been to in Virginia always good customer service both drive thru and front cashier food is aways on point makes me and my parents leave happy on a down day and everybody should learn not to judge the restaurant by the staff and to be honest all you people that leave bad comments about your experience at taco bell stop smoking Crack cocaine and Marijuana together and maybe you can see what the staff is really capable of.

Went thru drive thru tonight and had to wait over 10 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got to the window and they still couldn't get my order correct. My taco was not correct. My quesadilla was nothing but watery sauce, some chicken, barely any cheese and not even enough to fill the whole thing. My beefy nacho griller was a smear of cheese, a smear of meat and maybe 6 chips( not even enough meat and cheese to coat the chips). This place used to be great, it has been going down hill for a while now and I think it finally has hit rock bottom. Edited to say that when my fiance cam out with the "fixed" one it was still not right and I had to go back in. We spent over 45 minutes at taco Bell just to get $15 worth of food right. They never once apologized or offered anything for our time. In fact when she handed me the food the second time she didn't say a word. I will be contacting the general manager as this is not acceptable customer service.
