Came during lunch time on a tuesday. Long and slow drive thru line. Parked car to go inside to an even slower and longer line. They only had one register/cashier/order taker and one runner. Line was long and had to wait for cookies to cook.  Manager who was running was very nice and offered alternatives for the wait and even offered to re prepare my whole order so that I can have hot food for my cookie wait.

Absolutely horrible experience. I got out of the drive through because the line was so bad. I went into the main part & there was only one woman ahead of me at 145pm. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches & 2 Frostys. At 215pm the cashier told me their Frosty machine was broken. 30 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED. When I told her it was unacceptable to make someone wait 30 minutes for their order & then tell them they couldn't fill it she STARTED YELLING AT ME in some form of ghetto language!!!  It took another 15 minutes to get a refund & she never apologized. This place is terrible. Why they would make a ghetto Wendy's in Blue Ash when they have such a gold mine with the lunch business is beyond me! On a positive note. The manager was very nice. He said he would "speak with her about her attitude" That was too little - too late. I will never go back

Make sure you ask for your receipt in drive thru. A 4 piece nugget, small fry, and plain jr hamburger for almost 5 dollars. No thanks. When I asked for my receipt, the total somehow changed...hmm.

Friendly service, nice atmosphere. We sat in the lounge area by the TV. Also liked their drink machine.

I've been to this Wendy's a handful of times all at different times: weekday lunch, weekday evening, on the weekend... Each time assuring myself it had to be different due to how busy they could have been the previous times. No difference. I've never spent less than 20, 25 minutes here between waiting to order and getting my food. If you're inside to order and can observe the staff, they just take their time and appear not to care in the least that the line is to the door where half of the people came in because they had spent 10 minutes in the drive thru only having moved two spots... Either management or corporate needs to SERIOUSLY consider restaffing or training. It's pretty poor (and unfortunate for the customer) to have a fast food establishment that can't even keep up with casual business of the business-district type area it is located in.
