I went to the drive thru and ordered a medium meal. I only got about 1/6 of my fries filled and did not get bbq sauce for my rubber nuggets. The rubber nuggets don't tasted good without the bbq sauce. I only ate my burger and about the seven fries that I got. Maybe Wendy's is looking out for my health. Thanks for that Wendy's.
Service was quick and pretty much friendly. Got the 5 buck deal. It's a very good one and the food is pretty good. Fries were room temp and bits and pieces but overall their fries are good. Nuggets were room temp too almost overheld but can't beat the price.
This location of Wendy’s is absolutely horrible the staff has no idea what they’re doing you wait in the drive-through for 25 minutes and then they still send you to go sit in a parking spot out front for another 15, meanwhile the manager Sarah was sitting on her break for a good 35 minutes while her staff was struggling to push food out. She needs to be fired immediately!!! To top it all off I get home and my food is cold so I’m not sure what any of them were doing. And should be refunded what a horrible experience.
Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly but the gentleman a young man had the very best of customer service skills. He was actually training a new employee. I would say I was dining at the restaurant around 8 pm ish. I could see this young man takes pride in his work
Ordered a baconator, which is why go to Wendy's, and it only had TWO half strips of bacon! Every other Wendy's I've been to always gives you the bacon you paid. I showed the cashier the burger to correct this and he said that it has bacon and the amount isn't what matters. On top of that I ordered the large combo so I can have more French fries BUT THEY ONLY GAVE ME A BIGGER UNDERFILLED BOX! I bring attention to this and again the cashier just politely blows it off with a, well there are fries in it. WORST WENDY'S EVER. Place is clean though and they rip you off politely.
Nuggets were old and hard as a rock. Chicken sandwich spicy was old and dry as hell. Fries were from the bottom because they were drenched in salt and hard as hell, but hot somehow ... they have no standards on what they serve their customers. Utterly pathetic.Food: 1/5
Always rock steady and dependable. Foods always hot, fresh and good. The orders always been right which is huge. Last and most importantly the place is clean and the people are nice and helpfulFood: 5/5
Fries were cold, chicken sandwich was over cooked. Lettuce on sandwich was yellow piece of center cut romaine. They had no change so the cashier gave me a huge handful of coins, no receipt! Overall bad experience
The food is what it is. My husband lo es this place. As for me it's the customer service from Erica that makes it enjoyable!!! She is the absolute best, and she's always so sweet and remembers your name and sometimes your order which is no small feet. She really does deserve a raise, no joke she's amazing ....
Very rude. I know it’s fast food and you hate your slave labor job but the food was trash the bread was old . You guys should have a better attitude to make up for the bad food
