I let the cashier know my food was cold It then provided me with more burgers that were also cold. I believe That if they were fully staffed Customers at this location would have a better experience. Vegetarian options: I didn't notice any vegetarian options but I'm sure they have plenty. Kid-friendliness: The seats and tables that they provided and most areas work for children sizes sizes that was pretty cool. Parking: Parking was very convenient because most of the parking spots in the parking lot we're right there in front of the door. Wheelchair accessibility: They do provide widow chair accessibility on both sides of the Entry doors. Dietary restrictions: I read a lot about their dietary restrictions on their dietary labels inside the location. Very convenient easy to read and provides knowledge of what you are consuming.
I ordered a single with mustard, pickle, lettuce and tomato. The guy working the window told me they had no lettuce, so I said I could live without lettuce, mustard, pickle and tomato would do. I got to the window to pay and got my hamburger and it had cheese on it, which I did not want. I told the guy and he told a woman who yelled "they all come with cheese." That was the worst hamburger I ever tried to eat. The bun tasted stale and it was cold. I ended up taking 3 bites and throwing the rest in the garbage. Horrible! And the staff seemed confused, frazzled and rude.I do many reviews, and this was the first time I ever gave a place 1 star. Unless you're starving, steer clear!
Twice in one week I've got the wrong food. The first time I asked for a #2 Double with a sweet tea. What I got was the #1 double with sweet tea. The second time I clearly stated the #2 Baconator combo double with sweet tea. AGAIN, I got the #1 with sweet tea. Either someone isn't listening or doesn't care or they need to get their eyes and ears checked. I only get 30 minutes for lunch I don't have time to keep going back and arguing to get the right food. Also, they didn't even ask me or give me my receipt the second time. I watched her grab it when she got my card and she just handed me my card and shut the window. Dissapointed.
Great breakfast! The Germantown location has excellent customer service. The lady that is normally on the drive thru window in the mornings. Has a very good personality. She is awesome with the customers. I couldn't ask for better customer service.Food: 5/5
Twice I've gone through the drive-thru and they didn't answer the intercom. This second time, a different day, I went to the window. No one was there at 7:15pm. I drove around again to see them serving someone so I tried the drive-thru again. No one on the intercom still. I finally make it back to the window and they said their system and intercom are both down. Why not put up a sign somewhere on the intercom or even the drive-thru window? Why was no one at the window the whole time to tell people about it? 20 min of my life waisted. Went through Chick-fil-A in 5 min with no problem. Won't bother with this Wendy's again.
Love Wendy's food usually, but this particular location is almost always awful unfortunately. Food is cold, fries are stale at times. Definitely hoping it improves. Update 9/9/2022: Chanced it to go back and grab lunch today. Mistake. Made a mobile order and went in store to pick it up. Didn't wait too long for the food, but upon getting back it was wrong. Went back over and there was a line of people waiting to return orders. Was terrible, and I think this location probably needs a complete restaff. The people in there the last few months don't care a bit. Will not be going back for the foreseeable future. I'm sure that doesn't matter much to a bit corporate entity like Wendy's, but there's my two cents.
Service has been terrible at all Memphis area Wendy's for at least 5 years if not 10 years. Don't bother going inside. They prioritize the drive thru, and give attitude when something is wrong with your order.Food: 2/5
This has got to be the absolute worst Wendy's in the city. The employees attitudes are horrible; customer service is non-existent and the food mediocre at best. Bad bad experience...dont waste your time or money at this location.Food: 2/5
I ordered a salad, Dave’s single, kid’s cheese burger, fries. They forgot: toppings on Dave’s single, salad dressing, and the fries. I just couldn’t understand how they were forgotten. I didn’t even go at rush hour. This is not the first time they forget giving me what I order. Also they really have a bad attitude serving customers. The tone is always so cold and hurried, as if they don’t want you to eat there. Really baffling.
