Normally I get great food from this location but today this was just plain ridiculous! This potato was put in my bag for consumption! Totally disrespectful for an employee to do this!!Food: 1/5

Fresh food, polite staff, fast service, and *accurate orders*. There is a Wendy’s 1 mile from my house and I drive out of my way to visit this one. I also tried their breakfast for the first time a couple months ago. Wow. The potato wedges are fantastic. I don’t understand why they don’t have a line in the mornings.Food: 5/5

After the dog park every day, my golden doodles and I head out to a fast breakfast. Many days we eat at Wendy’s. The breakfast sandwiches and recently the Wendy’s breakfast is on the menu. $3. Breakfast cannot be beat, except the English Muffins…ugh.  Parking: Park anywhere without a problem.  Kid-friendliness: Kids make up a big part of the clientele. The new Dreamcicle Frosty is a reminder of the old fashion Orange popsicle with vanilla ice cream center. Here on Poplar Ave. at West St. in Germantown, there is a deal every day.  Wheelchair accessibility: Not a problem to get your wheelchair inside.

To be quite honest I am amazed.  I generally don't retract but I was really hungry and rushed for time.  The experience wasn't ghetto as before.  Very nice voice came over the mic and the tone was respectful.  My order was repeated and I was asked to pull forward if there wasn't anything else.  I was sure the food would be wrong or not as fresh but to my amazement from the mic to the last bite was WONDERFUL.  THEY JUST EARNED A NEW CUSTOMER.  THATS FOR SUPPLYING MY NEEDS FOR MY LUNCH BREAK  texture was on point, fresh, and .  Yassss

Tried to get the English muffin sandwich twice.  Lazy employees gave me an egg on an in toasted muffin.  Not toasted, no butter, not sure what the egg was, and no bacon.  Other time the bacon wasn’t cooked and no egg.  Update:  in all the Wendy’s in all the world these people SUCK here!!!!  Ask for a breakfast sandwich with no cheese…only got cheese.

Ordered a pecan salad for lunch. Fresh. Service friendly. My concern is the Nasty take out window. The bottom and up the sides of the window are packed with greasy black wet goo!!!!!!!  Not appetizing AT ALL. Is this this Wendy’s never inspected?  It’s been like this for quite a while. I avoided going there for a long time but today I tried it again. No change. Just more black goo. Started to clean it myself but not my job.

Everytime I come to this location the loby is closed in the middle of the day. Then the drive thru takes a long time. They should close this location.Food: 2/5

The sign on the door said the inside was open until 10. A Google search said they are open until 10. Tried to go in at around 8:30, was rudely told the inside is closed. Super frustrating, won’t be back.Service: 1/5

It was okay, my mother in law and I just needed something on our stomachs as we shopped! They gave us little to napkins and only two sauces for two meals for two grown people. Which is a pet peeve of mine. After we parked and I went up to the window to ask for more napkins and the correct sauce we asked for initially with our meal plus a few extra. The inside was closed as usual, that's why I went to the window.
