I feel really bad this this store in particular. It's lack of customer service and product quality is extremely disappointing. Fortunately, the south side Wendy's has things dialed and customer service and food quality is a 100 times better. The north one, which I'm writing a review about, is absolutely terrible. I've been here several times hoping things have changed, but no - I get the same "please wait, I'll be right there" and end up waiting 5-10 minutes just to TAKE my order. After I've given a VERY clear-simple order for a burger with ONLY ketchup, mustard, and pickles, I can always expect to find a burger with melted cheese, bacon, mayonnaise, etc. I hate writing reviews like this but things need to change in this location.

This is the longest I have ever waited for my food. I only ordered two burgers without the meal deal. Ate a whole Frosty and still waiting. Serving everyone else but us. Totally disappointed!!!

Whenever I need a not so healthy meal, Wendy's is my fast food choice. Service has always been excellent and friendly. If we've ordered something that we were not quite satisfied with the staff would go out of their way to rectify the situation. Keep up the GREAT JOB!!!

Food was great. Was in drive through for over 20 minutes. Not so good.
