This is for long term stay residents but very friendly and the owner is selective which means great neighbors.

Did not stay at the RV Park because they were full. My friend stayed there for a few months and really enjoyed it. Rent is very reasonable. Lots of trees and most spaces are large with privacy. I would stay there next time I am in Cumming GA if they have an opening.  One week minimum. Most are long term. They is an age limit on RVs. I think it is 10 or 15 years. (No older).  Park is well kept and no junky spaces.
