***Update*** 5/3/18
No A/C!!! Now that it is hot out side, I have no a/c! This is the third day! It is 89 degrees in my apartment. I have children, I have been calling and emailing management for last 3 days, this is so unacceptable! This would have never happened at my other complex! I had a hot water heater burst at 2 am, and someone fixed it in the middle of the night at another complex, so will someone please explain to me why my a/c is not fixed in 3 days!?! Ridiculous! I had to purchase my own fans, look at photo below. I have never had to use fans in my home since I have been grown! This is shameful, just terrible! If I pay my rent on time I expect better customer service. Especially for what they charge for rent here. They haven’t offered me anything, not off of my rent, not to buy fans, not to install window units, I feel they don’t care. Terrible customer service.

Moved in on Tues the 25th, had to wait an hr because staff meeting, and once inside, waited an HR for staff to assist me with move in paperwork and inspection... apartment was clean, toilet had a leak, and son's room had no light fixture...it's now friday, and still, toilet does not work, and no light fixture...I have called office 4x and emailed once... 2 maintenance men came out Tuesday and Friday, and they both leave and say they will be back in an HR with part, but never return...needless to say, this is not a good start

**Update... toilet fixed today, which is week later, happy that it's fixed

Save your MONEY!!! Please I’m begging you. This property has the WORST MANAGEMENT I️ have EVER seen. I️ don’t even write reviews and I️ had to about this property. It’s pet friendly so dog feces is constantly around the property, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations, the gate NEVER WORKS(when it does it an inconvenience for everyone at the property because you don’t have your keys with you). 

Management is incompetent, inconsistent, and not helpful. Other places deserve your hard earned money.... NOT THIS ONE!!

PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF SIGNING A LEASE HERE!!!

First off, Maintenance or management tries to steal from you.   On three separate occasions I came home and found that my alarm had been overriden by maintenance/management.  They had NO REASON to be in my unit.   I hadn't put in any maintenance request and they hadn't advised me of any cleanouts or inspections that they needed to do in my unit so No one should have been in my unit.   When I asked them about it, they replied acting stupid saying no one had been in there and maybe I didn't set my alarm correctly.   Luckily, I NEVER kept anything of any real value just laying around when I wasn't at home because of the other crimes that went on there.   Two murders occurred since I was there.   Constantly cars being stolen and broken into (which is why I kept an older model truck).  

And YES, water bugs everywhere and ants and a slew of other insects that honestly I had never even seen before.  I had to keep about 20 of those rat glue pad traps around the apartment to catch most of them because it was soo many.

Maintenance very slow to fix things(I guess because they're too busy going in other apartments seeing what they can steal)

Water Pressure low.  Carcks in walls.   Walls paper thin so you can literally hear full conversations from neighboring units. 

Oh and cell phone reception is non existent in units people have to step outside to even talk on the phone.

I think I covered about everything.  Honestly if you want a great apartment and not have to deal with these issues you pretty much have to move to Alpharetta, Roswell or Buckhead

I wouldn't recommend any appartments in Lithonia BUT DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Experience here was horrible. Office team was very unprofessional.  I ended up paying extra fees on 3 different occasions because office staff kept giving me the wrong information. Screens on windows allowed wasps into the apartment so we had to keep windows closed. AC broke and had to cuss office out in order to get it fixed after a week of waiting. Saw a few cars sitting on bricks with tires stolen. Gate was always broken. Only one trash bin for whole complex. Giant water bugs everywhere. Cracks in walls. 
The kicker was the fact that we moved out Dec 17th, 2016. We got our last bill stating we moved out on January 3rd, 2017. I tried getting into contact with management to get this situation resolved because I was only going to pay what I owed. I should have only had to pay for the pro-rated rent for 17 days plus my last water bill. Nah...they weren’t trying to change anything. So now I have this charge on my credit that I have to dispute because these people are crooks. The funny thing is the credit account says it was opened Dec 31st, 2016 but “supposedly” we moved out Jan 3rd, 2017. Please don’t move to this hell hole,  you’ll regret it.

Nick was helpful in getting me moved in but when it was time to pay my rent a month later there was a extra $40 added to my rent. I went to the leasing office when I noticed the extra charge and spoke to Jonathan the manager and he said Nick forgot to charge me the $40 for my my prorated charge when I first moved in and he was suppose to call me but never did. Residents do not have their dogs on leash and there are many pit bulls in this apartment complex. Also there is a water bug problem that came out of no where. I will not be renewing my lease once its up. If your thinking about renting here I would advise you to read the reviews throughly before making your decision.
