Story

Established in 2004, the Ramzee Realty Group originated from humble beginnings. Our owner and qualifying broker, Veda Nembhard, decided to start her own real estate firm after her former employer Century 21 went out of business. For two years, Ms. Nembhard worked diligently from home to build the foundation for her future practice. In 2006, she purchased our current facility in Lithonia, GA, which so happens to be the old Century 21 building, and we become operational in early April of that year. The Ramzee Realty Group now serves the entire metropolitan Atlanta area. Working under the leadership of a qualifying broker with over 25 years in the real estate business, the company strives to maintain the highest quality of customer relations, and our mission is to facilitate and ensure the smoothest possible real estate transaction. We specialize in owner-occupied, commercial, rental, and REO properties as well as property management. Our services include marketing through media such as MLS, FMLS, websites, home magazines, and flyers, preparing conducting periodical inspections, collecting data and information for interior and exterior broker’s price opinions, competitive market analyses, and periodical status reports, supervising repairs, offering cash for keys, re-keying vacant properties, obtaining contractor bids, and much more.
