Walked in with three very large William Sonoma shopping bags. Shopping bells should be ringing high alert at this point. The three young ladies at the door looked down at my bags and made eye contact, but said nothing. Store was empty of other guest walked the whole store. I reached the back of the store- looked over bedding and seating - where I lingered for a bit. Left the store and passed all three attendants with not a word of help or inquiry. Went to RH and spent XX,CXXX, because it was easy to have all my questions answered and finalize the sale process. I am excited about my RH purchases and will go back again, but not to West Elm.

Love West Elm! This location is a nice size and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have placed several orders and when I had issues I went into the store to discuss and they were able to resolve them for me directly. Great items at a great price!

Edited review: The manager and staff will go above and beyond to correct issues with their product. The manager shipped us a replacement tv stand and waived shipping fees, the item arrived 3 days later and was perfect. Shop here if you like low quality furniture at overpriced margins. We bought a TV stand here, waited over a month for it to ship, then found that it had been badly damaged in transit. Our second piece was the parker chair, when I opened the box and inventoried everything, it was missing a bolt. I then had to go find a hardware store that had the matching bolt. Not what you would expect from a "high-end" furniture company. When you spend extra money for supposedly superior products, you expect things to go smoothly. Not worth the price or the wasted effort. This place will not last much longer, and will eventually be out-competed by Crate and Barrel or Amazon.

We purchased a dining table here and the surface cracked two weeks after. The shop manager listened our complaint and offered us a discount! Staffs are friendly and furnitures are modern, but the quality does not seem to be that great. (Our West Elm chair is also broken within one month..hmm.)
