In store purchase went smooth.  Scheduled delivery for two weeks after purchase.  Had to set aside 8 hours and was given four hour window the day before delivery.  Day of delivery two hours into the time window, I was called and rep stated truck either broke down or driver was not available to make the delivery.  I was told it would be delivered tomorrow during same time frame.  I had to set aside two days for this delivery and lost out on seeing my son's soccer game and a day's pay from work.  Delivery CS is horrible.  No delivery refund or discount given to offset inconvenience to the customer.   Extremely disappointed in the delivery process.

Latoya Matthews is a Rock Star!!! She went above and beyond from the moment my family stepped foot in the store. Mrs Matthews started out helping me in the Raleigh location and finished helping me at the Durham location. She catered my order to fit my needs. She took her time, asked questions and got me exactly what I was looking for. There was a mix up in the delivery process but it was more than efficiently handled by Mrs Matthews. I reached out to her explained the issue and in a true "take charge" manner she solved the mix up . I'm truly greatful to Mrs Matthews for her professionalism and attention to detail. If your ever in the Durham Rooms To Go, look for Mrs Matthews, she will take exceptional care of you!!!

So after spening two hours to find the right bed for us we learned we would half to wait 8 days for delivery...then we were delivered the bed and it was a rush to set it up and the delivery guys were gone in a quick non caring manner..we i get home i realize we were brought the wrong bed. Now i half to wait another 10 days for them to come and swap it out...this place is a joke

I saw someone's earlier comment "I refuse to do business with a place that treats their customers as nobody." And I experienced it today. The sales rep I met today clearly indicated that he doesn't care if you buy from them or not. He just meant business to sell something off - Board price of Sofa + $ 100 warranty + $ 100 delivery + $300 for ottoman (which actually was offered free for today). He asked me for some credit info to check if I was eligible for 5 year Interest free EMI and in return he said he processed a credit card for me... Even after giving clear instruction of not processing anything until I decide to buy something ? Beware of handing over any details to this place. No matter how bad my experience was, my ethics doesn't allow me to call out the name of the sales rep.

I later called up and spoke up with a sales manager - Lotoya - I give her 5 stars for explaining me the stuff and for her willingness to assist; however it still averages the total to 2.5
