My wife and I have been coming to this campground for over five years, and although we have seen changes in management, the staff has remained consistent and familiar since day one. All businesses go through changes at times but there is a comfort in knowing I will be greeted by a familiar face when I go to the office to conduct business. I can rest assured, if I get important mail such as medication or financial documents they will be in safe hands until I or my wife can retrieve them. I have read these reviews and I'm shocked at level of exaggeration and in most cases false accusations. Most of these negative reviews don't make any sense and seem to be a tactic for revenge for something. But what? At the end of the day your campsite manager is responsible for ...collecting your rent , dispensing your mail, and making sure the grounds are clean and comfortable. Anyone who says that is not being done is utterly false in their accusations. People go to a campground to camp. If you want a four star hotel then book one. If you want a group of friends, join a club. Don't blame management for things they have no obligation to control. However... If you are looking for a nice place to camp , in a beautiful tropical environment, for a reasonable price then you owe it to yourself to try West Jupiter RV resort.

The people that run this place are a complete joke! My mom and dad were staying in this campground for over a year and my mom went into the hospital and was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Since our family is from Georgia and received such tragic news we stayed a couple nights at their camp site and was rudely kicked out by the on-site management. I tried explaining the situation but neither of them even gave me a chance to speak. They both treated me with complete disrespect by hollering and cussing at me! Totally unprofessional!! I have never met such rude hateful people in my life! There is a way to treat people but apparently they need some help with that. They had no sympathy at all for our situation. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. And now they are refusing to release my mom's mail because of a review my aunt has made. They will not release my mom's mail until my aunt removes her review and he wanted the message relayed to my mom and dad to "just move on" which they have done they just wanted their mail that was there. My mom has enough to worry about without dealing with this foolishness!

Fine for a couple of days to see the sights in the area, RV spaces are very close together. Big rigs have a hard time backing into sites because of the narrow roads and cars parked along road.... Everyone was very friendly!

🚷  It is not what it seems. 
Horrible  onsite mangerment who Is in need of manners and needs to learn  how to speak and treat people!!!!
 I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I miss the lack of entertainment 
I miss the pizza party's
I miss the friendly staff
Will I return????

ITS A SAD PLACE TO STAY LOTS OF CAMPERS ROBBED VANDLEIZED TO PROPERTY 
 vulgar language spray-painted on the Fence

WHAT HAPPENED TO FELLOWSHIP AND 
TREAT OTHERS KIND
