I needed an extension on a traffic fix it ticket. I tried doing it online, but unfortunately I had to go to the courthouse to get my extension. The clerk was so nice and friendly. I wish I could've got his name. It took me 2 minutes to get everything done. I was impressed.

I am a criminal defense lawyer and I practice all over southern California, state and federal. Here are some tips if you have a probation violation for a misdemeanor in this court house:

1. They take these extremely seriously here.
2. Usually, the first time you get a second shot, but the second time,  it's jail.
3.  If ever you are going to hire a lawyer for a misdemeanor, Westminster is the place to do it.

Free parking down the street next to the Sole Goldstein freedom park.

$20 dollar fix it ticket turned into $500. Plus they did not agree to my terms, nor did they accept my hired court reporter. Complete disregard for my rights not happy.
