In the past it really hasn't bothered me that the clerks tend to be unhelpful with a bad attitude. Today a clerk denied me a "conformed copy" for no reason. I said I would pay for it. She said that its "copy work" and I would have to go down the hall for it tomorrow. Please require the clerks to have reasonable customer service and good attitudes like everyone else in society. thanks

if you are looking for the Superior Court of Orange County this is the wrong address.  you need to go to 700 W Civic Center Drive,  the 909 address is a small homeless community court.

I mean, I understand why court houses get such bad reviews, but people should consider the budget cuts staff have dealt with in the past decade. Most clerk's are working with half the jobs unfilled. Despite this, staff here are polite and professional.  Also, the judges here aren't as mean as they are at some other orange county court house locations.

Automated phone system is terrible, takes you around in circles. The court itself is actually ok, 3 stars for that.
