Since 1997, Mike & Marci Baumann have been building premiere homes in West Michigan. And because they have chosen to keep their company small over the years, they are able to provide one-on-one attention to you throughout the building process. Whether constructing a new dream home or breathing life into an existing home, the Baumann team personally guides each homeowner through the building process to ensure expectations are met as affordably and enjoyably as possible.

We were very pleased with how the Baumann team approaches the building process.  The whole team pulled together to help us keep on schedule and took a lot of stress out of the decision making from the design of our home plan to picking out all the details.  Everyone we worked with was great and the responsiveness to our questions was always timely.  A  great team!

Jeff and I are living in a lovely home that was built by the Baumann Building team.  Everyone was very pleasant to work with and always willing to help. I would recommend having your home to be built by  Baumann Builders which is of high quality of work. Thank you for all who helped to make our home a beautiful home to enjoy. The staff from the beginning design, to the selecting of material, to the project manager were all very professional with knowledge offering great suggestions.

The Baumann team truly leaves nothing to be desired.   From the perspective of having worked in a home building company from many years, Baumann Building really cares.   Our experience, from responsiveness to attention to detail to level of care and personal attention, in addition to quality and workmanship, we're huge believers in the Baumann team.   Highly recommend.
