My husband & I had been searching for a new truck for me since December of last year. All the salesmen at other dealerships didn’t seem to care if they sold a vehicle or not. Then we called Woodbridge Motors and spoke with a salesmen named Jose. Wow! What a great guy! He answered the phone with enthusiasm and went to work immediately! Learning that we live about 3 hours from the dealership, Jose was intent on taking care of as much as possible over the phone to be sure we could get financed before we traveled so far. He went above and beyond! What a pleasure to do business with not only Jose, but also everyone else that worked with us that day. We would highly recommend this business to everyone we know. This entire process went smoothly & my husband & I was thrilled to drive away in our new truck! (that I have since nicknamed “The Beast”!!!) Thank you to everyone at Woodbridge Motors for making this girl right here one very happy Momma!!!

In a brief report, I will reflect my experience with Woodbridge motors. I ended up buying a car. The sales team seem like good people and are not playing games like a lot of low-level used car salesmen do. The person who sold me a car is Luis, very good person - he even helped me drop off my rental car at enterprise even after Woodbridge motors was closed and it was around 7:45 when I dropped him back off (to help me save some money). Luis is a great person and you only want to deal with good people when you're dealing with any product or service -  It seems like either most or all of the staff is very friendly and not trying to play games.The day I purchased the car the owners brother - who was leaving (before we even had met) while greeting everyone that he was leaving, dropped in and said 
"congratulations on your new car" with a genuine smile and handshake. I did not feel rushed, pushed, or taken advantage of. I could not recommend this dealership enough to anyone looking for a used car. They will not do the same things some other sales people will do - like try to play games. Thank you Woodbridge motors for your business - and good luck with your business.

These guys are great very helpful and professional. They let me look over the vehicle as much as I needed to feel comfortable.I travel all the way from North Carolina to purchase a car from them and would do it again. I would recommend them.

My boyfriend bought a G35 here that was full of roaches and broken glass. That wouldn't happen at a major dealership. If you're gonna charge a huge dealer fee, at least thoroughly clean the cars.

I expected the salesman to keep his promise about simple issues on the vehicle that I purchased. I was told to bring vehicle back but was told otherwise by manager. Definitely would not recommend purchasing from here. Be careful.
