Was late paying my bill two times in the total of 8 years I was a customer there. My husband lost his job a week after hurricane Irma and it caused us to fall behind. Due to this I was late and I was billed an additional deposit to the tune of $400, with no warning! 
This utility bills with no knowledge, charges more in "service charges" per month than we actually use in water! Twice that! I hate this place.

Had a $900 dollar plus water bill to numerous faulty irrigation points and a toilet leak.  Said they would have waived the entire bill with the proof of repair I showed, however it said I had a running toilet that was also repaired.  Due to their policy any mention of a toilet leaking allows you only a 60% discount off two of your highest bills.  

I did not receive any kind of warning of excessive water usage.
