Not much to talk about it: Place is clean, organized and should you have more than two neurons, you can find your way around it. Great way to go to Miami without spending much money yet travelling comfortably.

Very nice Tri rail station and the fact it's also a grey hound and an Amtrak station is awesome!

1st Train Trip The setup at West Palm Beach was very friendly and accommodating. They were very patient and pleasant, except for the man that checked in our bags.....he wasn't friendly no matter how nice i was typing to be. I told him it was our first trip, but he still didn't explain the process. The other employees used the cart to drive us to our cabin part of the train and used the lift due to my painful disabilities. I ambulate using 2 canes. I wasn't too happy with our server, i think she was tired perhaps, but not very friendly. The cabin was too small for us due too my size and disabilities.....but otherwise excellent. I think i paid for a double bedroom cabin with a shower and i told the attendants but they sarcastically brushed me off. I'm depressed enough....i didn't want too deal with unpleasantness. My daughter and i enjoyed the privacy and the scenic view. After we arrived in Jacksonville, we were well rested and pleased. After we exited the train the tall very nice gentleman used the wheelchair to assist me, but it hurt my joints because I'm so short, therefore, he helped me stand and escorted me & my daughter(14) inside Amtrak too a comfortable seating bench with my luggage. They were concerned of our transport and advised us too inform them when Enterprise Car Rental employee arrived so they can help us further and they kept checking on us. This trip returning home i upgraded too the deluxe bedroom with a shower. Stephanie who made the changes was helpful but i was still disappointed and upset to tears because i was under the impression that the first upgrade i made on 4/13/16 an additional $300 paid for the handicap accessibility. I'm so surprised i had to pay extra due to my disabilities. Well, we returned to Amtrak headed to West PalmBeach. The gentleman that checked in our luggage on 4/19/16 9:30am was very helpful, patient, and informative. This location is so clean and the atmosphere very welcoming. In spite off it all, we had a delightful and compassionate server who's customer service was excellent; Preston Ross was wonderful to my daughter and he was able too make her smile; delicious food & great service! Preston Ross went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We hope to see Preston Ross upon our next travel aboard Amtrak. Although the toiletry accommodations deserved a lower score......Preston, because of him....i give you 5 stars. Sincerely, Frances M. Elien
