Grand Opening Day #1 of the Brightline 79 MPH Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach 40 minutes Experience was great from start to finish! Great design of the train and the terminal. Looks fresh and clean. Seats are really nice and comfy. Service was excellent from checking in to ordering food and beverages and on the train etc. Loved it.

Wow! I was blown away by the brightline today. I am going from fort Lauderdale to west palm. The customer service was outstanding. The station facility is amazing. I was riding premier and had the option for free coffee, pastries, coke, and kind bars. The lounge area was very nice. On the train I was also allowed another snack and drink. For $15 , the service and product you get is unbelievable. One of the best value experiences I've had in my life. Looking forward to more rides. Thanks to Marcus for answering my questions and providing top notch service.

With everything being so nice and new it’s a great experience. Even the people giving the service at the station are all super nice....just hope in time they don’t slip into the usual poor south Florida customer service and attitude but up to now only good things to report. Make sure the staff never lose that positive attitude, Brightline.

The parking garage is huge, colorful and to the left of the main entrance. The $15 Select Ticket gets you 1 complimentary cocktail beverage on the train. Their's a Select Lounge at the station for Select riders. Free wifi at the station and on the train. Clean restrooms on the train and at the station. Very beautiful place, customer service is wonderful, security and all staff members here are very professional as well as courteous.

Phenomenal station. Child's play area, whole station is modern and secure. Made reservations 10 minutes before train departure. Reserved seating, which will be great when the train is full, you want to be guaranteed your spot. Grab & go counters in station for snacks and cold drinks. It is the only ADA / Fully Accessible train in the world. Let that sink in for a sec. The aisles are wide enough to fit a wheelchair with room on both sides. Clear signage and final boarding calls over loudspeakers. Riding on the train is a serene experience. It puts air travel to shame. Spacious first-class like seats (Select seats are even bigger!) with tons of space between you and seat in front of you. For families there's an option to sit at a four-top. Every row and seat is outfitted with USB and standard charging outlets. Complimentary beverages. Pay $5 for Select class and get alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, select liquors) and snacks for your short 30 minute trip to West Palm. 5 stars. Will ride again. You should too.
