First, hats off to Brightline with placing an excellent emphasis on platform security for requiring only ticketed passengers to access the platforms. Second, once the passenger are running, Brightline will enact quiet zones to quell any required train horns for both Florida East Coast Freight trains and Brightline trains due to enhanced safety measures featuring either four quadrant grade crossings or traffic islands (barriers) at standardized two gated grade crossings. Third, Brightline Stations will likely encourage downtown to downtown travel with the lessening of commuting traffic on both I-95 and The Florida Turnpike.

I'm going to rate this one star until I'm certain it's going to pass by bevard county, an you better put a station too!

Living in Boca Raton, next to the track, this new train does nothing for us. We'd have to drive 30 mins either way to the WPB or FTL stops so the Tri-Rail would be just as good. And seeing that we live next to the "new" track which is right next to the the "old" freight train track, we now have listen to both trains blowing their horrible horns as they drive through the "four" intersections near our home. Time to move !!!
