The line is very slow. Customer service is no where to be found and the African American lady is selectively rude to customers. Had to explain to the clerk I had that my step is considered an immediate family because she was going to charge me hundreds on a title exchange. After confirming with another personnel, she finally decided to consider it and charge me the correct price.

Nobody likes standing in lines and it can feel impersonal.  But the times I have had 'wrinkles' in my transactions the folks were knowledgeable, patient  and helpful.  And they have a great process for supporting online orders so most of the folks in line have 'wrinkles' in their transactions that take time.

I arrived around noon on Sunday and waited less than 5min.  The lady who helped us was great and super efficient.
